The whole School community took part in Green Day today. Pupils were invited to wear green to raise awareness of environmental issues and throughout the day activities took place to highlight climate change and sustainability. All pupils were asked to calculate their carbon footprint during tutor time to promote discussion about ways to reduce the Carbon Footprint. Activities ranged from engineering challenges to combat pollution of the River Medway and adapted lessons on the Thames Ice Fairs and writing letters to “Future Generations”.
