Mauricio, an international chess player with a current Elo rating of 2200, played an impressive simultaneous exhibition against 12 pupils on Wednesday lunchtime.
It was a thrilling lunchtime for the chess club, with spectators filling the room and crowding around the windows of D6 to watch the matches unfold.
