A local charity, Medway African and Caribbean Association (MACA) is thrilled to announce a unique opportunity for young people aged 11-18 to take centre stage in an exciting dance production. The production will showcase the evolution of Hip Hop and Afrobeat dance over the past 40 years, captivating audiences at MACA’s 40th Anniversary Gala Event in July this year.

This ground-breaking initiative aims to showcase the incredible talent of young dancers but also offers diverse opportunities for those interested in various aspects of production, including stage management, sound engineering, lighting design, backstage coordination, and much more. MACA invites young individuals passionate about the arts to participate in this fantastic experience.

The grand performance is set to dazzle audiences on Saturday, 20th July, at the prestigious Rochester Corn Exchange.

Rehearsals will take place at King’s in our Pre-Preparatory School.
