Easter Cricket Coaching

Calypso’s pride and joy is our holiday camps. Whether it be indoor during the winter, or outdoor at various clubs across Kent during the summer, the boys and girls are treated to a blend of direct and focused coaching, looking to improve all aspects of their game, mixed with numerous competitions all building towards trying to win the coveted Calypso Cup.

I think the Calypso camps offer King’s pupils a fantastic opportunity to continue to develop, and love, their cricket throughout the school holidays; and these Easter camps offer a perfect opportunity to get a headstart before the season begins. Having personally coached as part of the Calypso team, and currently through the representative Central Cavaliers programme, I can vouch for the quality of coaching and enjoyment that everyone has on the camps. On top of this Calypso offers 1:1 coaching for those who are looking to progress their game further, several of our cricketers at King’s already use Calypso for their 1:1 coaching which supplements the cricket here at King’s. As Head of Cricket I am constantly looking for opportunities for our pupils to engage in more cricket, outside of the fantastic offering they get at school, and to pursue external coaching, clubs and representative sides.
