We are delighted to invite our King’s community to the official opening of our new STEM Hub, supported by the Rochester Bridge Trust, on Monday, 2nd March 2026.
This development is part of an extensive multi-classroom renovation of the School’s science facilities. It represents a landmark investment in our commitment to sustaining excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), ensuring we provide our pupils with the tools and scientific understanding required to thrive in a globalised world.
Thanks to a grant from the Rochester Bridge Trust, we are proud to open a facility that not only serves our pupils but also the local community. Together, we share a vision of inspiring the next generation of innovators and helping to develop the engineers of tomorrow through providing access to the Hub and supporting STEM resources for local schools across Kent.
This event will feature a keynote address from Sue Threader, Bridge Clerk (Chief Executive) of the Rochester Bridge Trust, followed by the official ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Russell Cooper, Senior Warden of the Rochester Bridge Trust.
