This week the Chess A Team competed against Solefield School.  The team comprised two Year 7 players (Emily C and Seth G), two Year 4 players (Nacoli B and Sam L) and two Year 5s (Leo B and Ruaraidh M). For the Year 4 and 5s this was an opportunity to gain experience of playing in a tournament. The younger players had fun and played well against the older and more experienced players in Year 6. They should still be proud of their efforts.  Emily and Seth played really well and after working very hard won their matches against very formidable opponents. Well done to you both.
