Year 6 pupils took on the Geography Challenge Prep, and let’s just say David Attenborough would be proud! Tasked with investigating an environmental issue and brainstorming solutions, they worked tirelessly to create impressive, visually engaging displays. Their imagination knew no bounds – recycled materials became works of genius! We saw Lego landscapes, cardboard tropical rainforests, and even a hydroponic model of mangroves in the Sundarbans (yes, really!). The results were outstanding. Not only were their projects visually stunning, but their presentations to parents/carers were delivered with confidence and depth beyond their years. With such environmentally conscious and solution-focused young geographers in our midst, the future is looking greener already. Watch out, world – Year 6 is coming for you!
