Year 6 have been delving into meteorology in Geography. They have enjoyed learning about weather patterns, measurement and forecasting. Armed with thermometers and anemometers, they eagerly tracked temperature, wind speed, and precipitation, collaborating to craft their weather predictions.
Head of Geography (Preparatory School) Ms Aleksandra Rogala says this hands-on experience not only deepened their understanding of Geography but also honed their analytical skills, preparing them to interpret scientific data with confidence. As the term concludes, these budding meteorologists leave the classroom equipped with a newfound appreciation for the dynamic nature of our planet’s weather.
