All week King’s has been celebrating language and culture. The week started with cultural clothes day where everyone had the opportunity to wear clothes that reflected their culture. Throughout the week there has been a variety of events and activities to recognise and celebrate our different cultures including international film screenings, a workshop by the Medway African and Caribbean Association (MACA), dressing up and Ceilidh dancing. A huge thank you, gracias, danke, dhanyavaad, arigato, shukran for Mrs Wiltshire and everyone involved in making Language and Culture Week such a success!
