Back in March, Fola swam in a regional time trial to secure her place in the national finals. On Saturday she travelled to the London Aquatics Centre (LAC) to compete.
Following a fantastic performance in the heats, she successfully qualified for the grand final! She then pulled out all the stops, swimming the 50m Breaststroke in an impressive 41.06 seconds to claim 3rd place overall.
This is a brilliant achievement and we look forward to watching Fola’s bright future in the pool!
