Recently the team going to East Africa this summer held a fundraiser in the School Hall for the Maasai school we are visiting. The evening was a great success, with East African themed entertainment and food. The pupils going on the trip ran the evening, which included Swahili Bingo, Table Quizzes, a Raffle and an Auction of Promises. Together we raised a whopping £3,646.32 towards our £10,000 goal. The Maasai community has asked that we raise money for a second-hand tractor so that they can cultivate their land and improve their food security.

A huge congratulations to Saha for his incredible performance on the tennis court. Competing in Accra, Ghana, Saha has successfully secured a place in the U18 Boys semi-finals and has also reached the finals of the doubles tournament.
