Over two days of fierce competition, the Alps became the arena for the annual Sports Day battle. Wednesday saw the Junior School (Years 4–8) take to the field, followed on Thursday by the Senior School. Draped in their House colours and adorned with vibrant face paint, Crick, Whiston, Parker and Storrs threw themselves into every athletic event on the track and in the field including inflatable fun and the traditional tug of war.
Every sprint was a masterclass in speed, every throw a display of sheer power and every leap a defiance of gravity as the rival factions pushed themselves to the limit for every single point. When the dust finally settled over the Alps, two dominant forces stood victorious amid the roar of the crowds: Crick hoisting the Junior School trophy high, while the mighty xxxx topped the leaderboard to seize the Senior School crown. And a huge thank you to the KPS for rewarding every participant with a refreshing ice lolly!
