The Combined Cadet Force Field Day last Friday saw 144 cadets take part in a range of activities. The Navy Section attended Whale Island in Portsmouth where they got to take part in the Field Gun Training, the Ship Bridge Simulator and visit the Queen’s Gun Carriage. The Army and RAF Sections visited Mereworth Woods Training Area and took part in Field Craft and Leadership Training, this then led into 38 Cadets and staff staying at Mereworth Woods for Exercise First Step, introducing the Removes to living in the field.

  • A dedicated dancer for years, Rosanna recently represented England at the Dance World Cup in Spain, winning Gold for 'Essence of Ireland' and two Bronze medals for 'Feet of Flames' and 'Celtic Fusion.' In recognition of these outstanding achievements, she was awarded a prestigious Velvet Cap at this week’s Whole School Service. Well done Rosanna.
