Year 3 had a lovely time visiting Watts Almshouses to sing carols for the residents. Christmas spirit truly was in full swing, with the residents singing along to their favourite carols with us and Mrs Elvers on the flute and there were festive treats to enjoy. It was wonderful seeing the joy the older and younger generations brought into one another’s lives and is a trip we look forward to every year. It was extra special this year, as it was Bab’s birthday too, so she got a special rendition of ‘Happy Birthday’ from us here at Kings!
