The academic year ended in spectacular fashion as the Junior School gathered in the historic grandeur of Rochester Cathedral for two afternoons of end-of-year celebrations. The majestic setting provided the perfect backdrop to honour the hard work, resilience and spectacular achievements of our pupils in front of staff and parents.
The festivities began on Thursday afternoon with the Nursery to Year 3 prize giving to acknowledge our youngest learners’ milestones and growth. The celebrations continued on Friday afternoon for Years 4–8, where the School was delighted to welcome Dr Peter Gilbert as the Guest of Honour. After the events the parents, staff and pupils gathered on the Paddock to enjoy a delightful afternoon tea. It was a wonderful opportunity for the King’s family to connect, reflect on a fantastic year and wish everyone a restful and happy summer break. Congratulations to all our prize winners!
