We are delighted to celebrate the success of the KSR Piano Trio at the Rochester and North Kent Music and Drama Festival. On Saturday, 20 April, Isla M, Charlie B, and Hugh D (School House boarder) joined other group winners to perform in the finalist competition, captivating the audience and adjudicator.

The trio chose to play the fourth movement of Dvořák’s Piano Trio No. 4 in E Minor, adapting quickly to the acoustic and piano at the venue . Their musical and poised performance earned them the prestigious Trustees Savings Bank Trophy for Best Ensemble.

Congratulations to Isla M, Charlie B, and Hugh D on their incredible journey this year and this brilliant achievement. Their hard work and dedication have truly paid off and it’s been wonderful to see them develop their ensemble skills.
