We are delighted to celebrate the success of the KSR Piano Trio at the Rochester & North Kent Music and Drama Festival. On Saturday, 20 April, Isla M, Charlie B, and Hugh D joined other group winners to perform in the finalist competition, captivating the audience and adjudicator.
The trio chose to play the fourth movement of Dvořák’s Piano Trio No. 4 in E Minor, adapting quickly to the acoustic and piano at the venue . Their musical and poised performance earned them the prestigious Trustees Savings Bank Trophy for Best Ensemble.
Congratulations to Isla M, Charlie B, and Hugh D on their incredible journey this year and this brilliant achievement. Their hard work and dedication have truly paid off and it’s been wonderful to see them develop their ensemble skills.
