The U13A team delivered a masterclass in skill and stamina at The Gary Lee Invitational Netball Tournament.

The campaign opened with a pulse-pounding clash against the hosts. In an end-to-end battle that came down to the wire, King’s secured a vital late interception, converting it into a thrilling 10-9 victory. Building on that momentum, the team dominated their remaining pool games, dispatching St Edmund’s 13-1 and cruising past Northbourne Park 18-4.

Advancing to the semi-finals, King’s faced a fresh challenge in Sutton Valence. While the first half was a tightly contested affair, King’s found their rhythm in the closing minutes to pull away for a 16-8 win.

The final set the stage for a rematch against St Edmund’s. Displaying clinical precision and composure under pressure, King’s triumphed 13-2 to claim the title. It was a fantastic afternoon of sport, defined by brilliant teamwork and exceptional play across every inch of the court.
