Last Friday the Year 4’s enjoyed a ‘Roman Workshop’. There were many activities which included how the army made the ‘tortoise’ formation to protect them in battles, acting out a Roman version of Romeo and Juliet, playing a board game, taking a spelling test writing on a small board made of beeswax and making a Roman style necklace.
