In Prep. School we joined schools across the country to remember D-Day. Flt Lt Caithness read the Poem for Schools, D-Day Heroes at 11am on 6th June 2024.

The poem, written by Roy Palmer, Herald and Chelsea Pensioner, The Royal Hospital, Chelsea paid a unique ‘tribute’ to the many thousands of children killed by enemy action and over 1.5 million evacuees, or ‘unattended children’.  Read the poem here.
