On Tuesday evening friends, parents, teachers and governors were treated to a selection of performances by Prep School ensembles and dancers at the Prep School Concert or Music and Dance.
We were particularly pleased to showcase pieces by living composers, including Kelly Mac, Bob Buckley, Pete Churchill, Taylor Swift and our very own Mr Vinall! It was also great to introduce the first performance from the new Prep School Percussion Ensemble. The Prep School Choir also gave a fabulous performance – their first without support from additional singers. We were delighted to feature Ballet and Contemporary Dance group numbers and a spell-binding solo performance from Jessamy E (8M), who is leaving King’s at the end of this year to focus on her dance training. We wish her the very best in her future endeavours.
