With such an abundance of talent, there is always something exciting happening at King’s.
Records have been broken this year at King’s with its highest GCSE exam results, as 95% of all grades achieved were 9-4 (equivalent to A*-C).
Excitement filled the air as King’s School Rochester pupils opened their A Level results, many of which opened doors to top universities.
We finished the School year at King’s yesterday in glorious summer sunshine with our leavers receiving the inspiring thoughts of Emma Pears and enlightening speeches mature from our Head Boy Aidan Hook and Head Girl Rebecca MacDonald.
The day started with groups of 5 pupils working together on the Roller-coaster challenge, where they build a course from paper and card for a marble to go down.
On Thursday 29th June the whole School came together for the Alps Walkathon. The event started with Mr. Charles, Mr. Morgan and Mrs. Crozier, the Principal and Heads of the Prep and Pre-Prep School, being “gunged” by various pupils, who were willing volunteers!

On Wednesday 21st June, 12 culture-hungry Roffensians sought out Glyndebourne Opera House in Sussex.
On Friday 16th June, Rochester Cathedral Choir and King's Senior Choir joined forces to sing Evensong for the Old Roffensian Society, who celebrated their Annual Dinner in the Cathedral nave that evening.
Members of the Senior Choir sang at the Cathedral service celebrating the Windrush Generation on Thursday 22nd June.
We had a fantastic day with six local primary schools at our annual Festival of Cricket.
